We left the theatre only to discover that it was REALLY REALLY....REALLY...REALLY hot outside...in the 5 minutes it took to get to the car I was pretty much sick - when we got in the car the seats burned our skin because they were so hot to touch - we checked Vin's dashboard temp reading which bounced between 118 and 120 (the weather said it was only 113 --PFFFT, yeah right!!) We had to run a few errands and by the time we got home I was so sick from the heat that I felt like my brain may have melted and drained out my ears - sorta like this:

i jumped too - my husband thought it was hilarious! i mean, i've read the books and i knew it was gonna happen....great photo of the ice cream. i have to go get the mail and that's what i'll look like when i get back. and it's just a regular length driveway...
