A PLACE TO BARK-Please check them out and help them out

I joined twitter about a month ago and within 5 minutes of being on there I stumbled upon A Place to Bark and a fabulous chick that goes by Bernie.


A PLACE TO BARK is a no kill foster and adoption rescue dedicated to the welfare of animals and was founded by Bernie Berlin. Established in 2001, we mainly work with Animal Control Agencies, rescuing animals from high kill shelters and fostering them until they are healthy.

Is there anything cooler than that? And on top of everything, Bernie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I am so hugely impressed by all the wonderful things she has been doing and completely awed by how much she does for animals. :) She has definitely made it on my hero's list!
